Sales Programs

At YMC we provide pricing at a fare market value, so prices are subjected to change without notice based upon global raw material trade fluctuations.

Wholesale	All prices are listed as F.O.B. Los Angeles, California. Minimum inquiry Prices are applicable only for orders of one case or more. Please contact your sales manager for more information and availability. Price negotiable based on quantity of inquiry.
Wholesale Drop Ship	Price negotiable based on quantity of inquiry. Please send us a copy of your invoice via email or fax, if sending by email, please send in PDF format. Please arrange services with your sales manager. Please contact your sales manager for more information and availability. *Price negotiable based on quantity of inquiry.
Distribution	If you have multiple location to ship to, with a single large order. We provide printing & branding of new boxes in your design, and even repack into instant shelf boxes to ship to your stores nation wide. Price negotiable based on quantity of inquiry. Please arrange services with your sales manager. *Service charges will apply.

Credit Card	When directly providing your credit card number to pay for your order, your credit card billing address must match the shipping location address. If you are shipping to a different location then the address listed on your credit card or for international orders please request a PayPal.com payment system transaction from your sales manager. Credit Cards Accepted: Visa Master Card American Express +4% Discover Card +4%
COD	COD orders are Cash Only and requires a 20% deposit. If your shipping cost is less than 20%, we will credit your account towards the difference. Or issue a refund upon your request. COD will be shipped by individual cases and billed as individualy.
Check	Payment by check must be approved prior to shipping; checks must be imprinted with name, current address and telephone number. A copy of an valid state issued I.D. will be required for personal checks via fax. When making out a check, please mark payee as "YMCtoys.com" and mark your "Invoice Number" in the memo Location. Money Order	Payment by Money Order must be approved prior to shipping, checks must be imprinted with name, current address and telephone number. YMC Credit Establishment

Standard terms are NET ROG (Receipt of Goods): Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the merchandise. Terms will be extended only after Evaluation of suitable open account trade and financial references. CREDIT WILL BE EXTENDED AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION. Credit applications will be furnished upon request. A minimum of three weeks are required for the evaluation of the application.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all the shipping and COD charges. Shipment will be sent as directed and in the absence of instructions, the Shipping methods will be determined by your sales manager. The best rates will always provided from our varies of shipping options.

Methods	We offer from standard UPS services, tucking services to overseas arrangements. You are able to provide your Direct Account Number Processing. UPS \| DHL \| FEDEX \| USPS \| Custom Trucking Contact your sales manager to arrange special shipment, if not we will arrange the best rate and time solution to sute your shipments.
Damaged	Damaged products through shipping are not the responsibility of YMC. Please contact the shipping carrier for more information. Please note that all merchandise is securely packed, in good condition and carefully inspected before delivering to the carrier. If your shipment appears to have been damaged, request a notation to the effect on your delivery receipt. Promptly unpack and inspect the contents and notify the delivery agent immediately of any damage and file a claim with carrier agent for the reimbursement of your damaged merchandise.
Refused	For any refused shipments, freight charges and warehouse restocking fee of 20% of total order including shipping. The minimum restocking Fee is $25.00.

Substitutions

Packing, including artwork and product name may differ from time to time. We maintain the right to make substitutions without prior notification, if the product is considered of equal of better quality and at a price comparable to the quoted price.

Returns

Return merchandise will be accepted only with prior written authorization by your sales manager. Credit for defective products and Shortage will be given only with prior written authorization by your sales manager. Defective product authorizations must be requested no later then five Days after delivery arrives. Shortage authorizations must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. All returns must be marked clearly and fright prepaid. COD Nor collect bases are rejected by our shipping department. Absolutely no returns will be accepted for special and or custom order. Custom and or special order determined by corporate administrator.
